A) Aqeedah is matter of knowledge the muslim must believe in his


heart and have faith and convection
B) Sale is an exchange one item to another
Pillars of Sale
 Puberty: Both Contracting parties must attain puberty.
 Sanity: Both parties must be sane
 Maturity: Both parties must also attain maturity
Conditions of Sale
 The party must be a person of sound mind or reason
 There must be more than one party in sale
 There must be matual content of the parties
 The sale should not be subjected to a certain perion of time
 The goods should not be subjected to the rights of others
mortaged property

C) Wakalah means protection or remedying on behalf of others


D) damanah means fulfilling or upholding trusts. Al-damanah or
