For PWP system it is important to check if the following process chains are correctly
executed:
Category BI Process chain Meta Job associated from transactional system
Europe/Americas
Turnover ZT_XX_*_ALL (EDW and TRX CO)
Customer ZBI7_LO_*_CUSTSERV
Delivery ZT_XX_*_ALL (EDW and TRX LO)

Raw Material Stock ZT_LO_*_MATERIAL_STOCK PEP:
Z_BI_BI7_RAWMATSTOCK_EU – 1:00
Z_BI_BI7_RAWMATSTOCK_AM – 7:00
Stock ZT_LO_STOCK_REMOTE PEP:
Z_BI_BI7_STOCKSTATUS_E1 2:15 – 4:15
Z_BI_BI7_STOCKSTATUS_E2 1:30 – 4:30

Portfolio ZT_XX_*_ALL (EDW SD and TRX OR/PF)
PS Cross ZT_XX_*_ALL (TRX PSCROSS)
UPM Consolidated ZT_UPM_CONSOLIDATED
Master Data ZM_BI7_ANAG_*
At 9:00 and 11:00 AM CET an email is automatically sent from the system with the status of the
transactional Process chains Europe/Americas.
The last step of the process chain ZT_UPM_CONSOLIDATED sends a message if it successfully ends.
Both mails are sent to Data Monitoring email account.
To sum up, the most important PROCESS CHAINS which must be checked in PWP are:
ZT_XX_*_ALL
ZBI7_LO_*_CUSTSERV
ZT_LO_STOCK_REMOTE
ZT_LO_*_MATERIAL_STOCK
ZT_MD_OPENHUB_CUSTHIER
ZM_BI7_ANAG_AMERICAS
ZM_BI7_ANAG_EUROPE

In addition, the customer service jobs should be checked in SM37. The jobs which last ended for
Europe/Americas and their end time have to be written in the file.
If any job ends after the Customer service process chains (Europe/America) start in PWP, the procedure
found here has to be applied (doc Customer Service Technical Overview – sheet ReLoad Full Month):

This reports are in BW 3.X Analyzer -> PCB system, client 006 in role:
ZBW_BROWSER_COMMERCIAL_APP-> BW energy reporting -> Logistic-> World - > Month to
