    Re: Illegal Fencing of _______Property:

    Gentlemen:

    The undersigned is the lawful and registered owner of the parcel of


    land covered by TCT No.____________ and Tax Dec. No.____________
    situated at _______________________________;

    It came to our knowledge that certain individuals are in the process of


    building fence in the subject property. However, these people neither have
    my authority nor legal rights to continue such activity. As shown in the
    attached certificate of title, tax declaration and location map, I have the
    exclusive ownership over the subject property. Any acts of these individuals
    are illegal.

    Thus, I am writing this letter to inform your good office not to


    approve any application for fencing permit and/or to revoke any permit if
    one is already issued, immediately upon receipt thereof.

    I am also taking this opportunity to ask your humble office for


    whatever assistance that is necessary to prevent these individuals to continue
    their illegal activities.

    Thank you in advance for your prompt consideration.

    Please give this matter the immediate attention it deserves.
