We – Go Travel Un Limited, a corporation registered in Hong Kong under number 1658681, acting under the registered trademark
Travelpayouts, hereby explain how we use personal data we collect from visitors and participants of the Contest and give
information about how and when we use cookies on this website.
If you are also a registered member of the Travelpayouts affiliate network, please use your account data and note that we process
your data according to Travelpayouts privacy and cookie policies solely.

What data we collect during the Contest and how

o We only collect data to perform our obligations before you under the Contest or based on your consent in terms of our
legitimate interest. Your personal data we collect is stored inside European Union Area on servers located in Netherlands.
o In connection to perform our obligations and for legitimate interest of Travelpayouts we collect data received when you
access website, including information regarding technical devices, technical interaction with website (your IP-address,
type of a browser, date and time of the page view), your browsing behavior and further actions.
This data is collected via cookies – small text files which includes a unique identifier that is sent by a web server to your
computer, mobile phone or any other internet enabled device when you visit a website. For example there are several
session cookies as “khsm” “XSRF-TOKEN” “khsm_session” to record your success in the game which are deleted after
you leave the Contest website.
Also this data may be collected form the third parties as Google Analytics or shared to third parties according to rules of

and other Travelpayouts websites or can be disabled. You can always change cookie settings or delete files form
resources you do not trust simply using your browser or device toolset.
o In connection on your consent we collect email address if you registered in the Contest. This data collected based on
your consent which is given before registration in the website of the Contest.

How Your data is used:

o To run the Contest according to its terms and save your progress in it;
o To email your applicable prizes and bonuses of the Contest;
o To provide other promotional information about services of the Travelpayouts or its partners (advertisers) you may be

These Rules and Conditions of the Contest (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”) are made in compliance with the

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The organizer of the Contest is Go Travel Un Limited, a corporation registered in Hong Kong under number
1658681, having its registered office at: Suite 1504, 15/F, Chinachem Tower, 34-37 Connaught Rd Central, Hong
Kong, acting under the registered trademark Travelpayouts (hereinafter – “the Organizer”).
1.2. The Contest pursues goals that would stimulate the consumption of services of the Travelpayouts affiliate
network (hereinafter – “Travelpayouts”) and engage new partners.
1.3. The Contest is neither a lottery, public promise of a prize, pari-mutuel betting, nor another risk-based game of
chance.
1.4. Participation in the Contest is free of charge.
1.5. The website of the Contest is the web-page dedicated to the Contest at https://affilionaire.travelpayouts.com.
1.6. The summary of the Contest terms, privacy policy and the complete text hereof are available through a hyperlink
on the website of the Contest.

2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST

2.1. The Participants shall meet the following requirements to participate in the Contest:
⎯ have a passport issued by the country of his or her residency;
⎯ be a sui juris person 18 years old or older;
⎯ have an active email address.
2.2. The necessary actions stipulated by section 3.4. hereof have to be taken for participation in the Contest.
2.3. The employees, representatives and family members of the employees and representatives of the Organizer, as
well as their affiliated persons, are not allowed to participate in the Contest.
2.4. A person who does not meet the respective requirements or has breached sections 2.1-2.3 hereof or other
applicable terms and restrictions is not allowed to participate in the Contest and may not claim prizes subject to
the Contest. Should such persons be identified at any stage of the Contest, inter alia while contacting the
Participant to give him or her the prize, they lose their right to receive the prize and processing of their data
within the Contest will be immediately terminated. Should any breach of these Rules by the Participant be
identified while contacting such Participant to give him or her the prize, such prize is retained by the Organizer
and is not awarded.
2.5. You do not have to be a registered affiliate of Travelpayouts in order to participate in the Contest and qualify for
prizes. At the same time, the methods of awarding prizes depend on whether the Contest Participant, who won the
particular prize, is registered in the affiliate network or not.

3. TIMEFRAME AND DESCRIPTION OF MECHANICHS

3.1. The whole period of participating in the Contest is one month: from June 25, 2020 until July 09, 2020
(including this date).
Timeframe of the Contest can be reduced or extended as the Organizer may decide without prior notice.
3.2. The results of the Contest will be announced no later than July 15, 2020 and mailed to the Participant’s
email addresses, placed on the website of the Contest as well as posted by the Organizer in the blog https://
blog.travelpayouts.com/en/ and the social media communities https://www.facebook.com/travelpayouts.official/
and https://vk.com/travelpayouts.
3.3. The Contest prizes will be awarded within a week after the announcement of the results according to procedure
set out in the sections 4.2. and 4.6.
3.4. Mechanics.
To be registered as a Participant and to be allowed to claim the prize, a person shall take the following
actions one by one within the period specified in section 3.1. hereof:
• Visit the website of the Contest and pass the test consisted of nine questions with four answer options and
one correct answer each as fast as possible. The Participants are allowed to pass the test as many times as
they need in pursuit their best score and timing;
• Register on the website of the Contest after completing the test by leaving you contact and active email
address. Travelpayouts affiliates shall leave email address which is registered or currently used for their
accounts in the affiliate network.
• Repost your result to your account in one of the following social networks: Facebook, Twitter or send
such selection to at least one contact from the address directory via WhatsApp. The repost shall not be
deleted before the prizes of the Contest are awarded. The Participants may repost any of their results,
nevertheless the Organizer will count their best scores for the purpose of determining Winners of the
Contest.
3.5. The test considered as passed when the Participant answers all the questions correctly or gives his first incorrect
answer. The result of the test is the amount of money the Participant earns in the form of game prize, by
answering questions correctly. The scale of money scores for the correct answers is as follows:
• Correct answer to 1 question – $1 (one US dollar)
• Correct answer to 2 questions – $5 (five US dollars)
• Correct answer to 3 questions – $10 (ten US dollars) – minimum payout №1
• Correct answer to 4 questions – $15 (fifteen US dollars)
• Correct answer to 5 questions – $20 (twenty US dollars)
• Correct answer to 6 questions – $25 (twenty five US dollars) – minimum payout №2
• Correct answer to 7 questions – $30 (thirty US dollars)
• Correct answer to 8 questions – $40 (forty US dollars)
• Correct answer to 9 questions – $50 (fifty US dollars) – final winning amount
The Participants may use tips from the Organizer that will be available in the test.
If the Participant answers wrong at any stage of the test, then his score drops to zero or to the minimum payout
the Participant managed to reach while doing the test.
The Organizer will collect data about timing and score of each Participant and keep record of the players ranking.
The faster a player answers all questions and earns maximum points, the higher he will be in the ranking.
Information about time and score the Participant got will be available to such Participant at the website of the
Contest.
3.6. The Winners of the Contest are ten Participants from top-10 ranking that managed to get maximum score at the
minimum time. Time and score counting of the results is carried out by the Organizer using his own software.
3.7. A representative of the Organizer shall contact the Winners by email used in the Contest to award him or her the
prize and if applicable a welcome bonus.

4. CONTEST PRIZES AND AWARDING

4.1. The prize fund is formed using the personal finances of the Organizer of the Contest.
4.2. The main prize of the Contest for the Winners: $50 (fifty US dollars) which are credited to the balance in the
Travelpayouts account. If the Winner does not have a Travelpayouts account the amount will be credited to newly
created account registered on the email that was used when participating in the Contest.
4.3. Welcome bonus: $10/25/50 (ten/twenty five/fifty US dollars) promocode which is sent within 1 (one) day after
registration in the Contest and having of the result for the Participants which do not have Travelpayouts
account yet. The promocode amount will depend on result the Participant achieve and can be increased to
maximum during the participation period. Promocode can be used as a deposit in the Travelpayouts account after
 such Participant register account on the email address used in the Contest. The Participants are allowed to use
only one promocode in case they receive several of them depending on their results.
4.4. Guaranteed bonus for all registered Participants: promocode for 14 (fourteen) days of free trial on https://
www.semrush.com which can be activated within a period from June 25 to July 25, 2020. Promocode will be sent
on email address used in the Contest after registration.
The Organizer may include other guaranteed bonuses for all Participants and announce it within a mailing
about results of the Contest.
4.5. It is strictly prohibited to abuse welcome or guaranteed bonuses, for example use multiple email addresses and
create several accounts to use bonuses on each. It is also prohibited to be a Travelpayouts affiliate and register
other email address in the Contest and new account after receiving promocode in order to transfer your activity to
an account with bonuses.
4.6. The actual payout of the won sum is possible after the receiver of promocode or main prize earns or has twice
more sum in the Travelpayouts. For example, if the Winner earns or already has $100 (one hundred US dollars)
he will be able to receive a payment in the amount of $150 (one hundred and fifty US dollars) which includes his
prize from this Contest. All payments within Travelpayouts are provided according to its terms.
4.7. The Winners will receive mail with the congratulations of the Organizer and instruction of how to apply their
prizes no later than July 22, 2020. The prize may not be given to a third party. The Contest does not stipulate the
provision of the prizes in actual monetary form or its provision or use on conditions different from those
contained herein.
4.8. The Winners and Participants shall be personally liable for his or her actions or omissions related to the
receipt of the Prize subject to the laws of the country of his or her residency.
4.9. Since the issuance of prizes is carried out as part of Travelpayouts, all taxation issues for the amounts payable to
the Winners and the Participants are regulated by the Travelpayouts public agreement and terms.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS
5.1. To ask any questions considering privacy terms as it stated at the top of this Rules or to revoke consent to
processing of their personal data and promotional mailout, the Participants may contact the Organizer by writing
email on [email protected] or [email protected]. Revocation of consent shall be expressly stated in
the text or subject line of the email.
To opt out from promotional mailout the Participants may also use opt out form contained in the email with
promotional information.
5.2. If the Participants have any additional questions related to the Contest, they may send their inquiries to
[email protected]. The Organizer is entitled not to answer unrelated to the subject, participation or
conditions of the Contest questions.
5.3. If, due to any reason, – including computer malware, internet malfunction, defects, manipulations, unauthorized
interference, falsification, technical difficulties or others that cannot be controlled by the Organizer – the course
of the Contest is distorted or altered in a way that affects the realization, safety, integrity, of said course, the
Organizer reserves the right to singlehandedly annul, cancel, change or suspend the Contest, as well as take other
measures to eliminate undesirable consequences..
Participants in breach hereof, in particular participants who take any actions tampering with their
chances to win or take other actions aimed at unauthorized alternation of results of the Contest, shall be
excluded from the ranking and cannot qualify for prizes.
5.4. The Organizer shall be entitled to amend these Rules as long as the Contest runs without additional notification of
the Participants of such amendments, excluding data processing conditions.
5.5. These Rules become effective starting at midnight of June 25, 2020 (UTC+3) and remain in effect until the end of
the Contest or modification hereof or cancellation of the Contest as the Organizer may decide.
5.6. The Participants shall be personally obliged to familiarize themselves with these Rules, any amendments and
supplements hereto, and for this purpose, they shall from time to time read the respective information on the
website of the Contest. These Rules shall be deemed amended or canceled from the day following the day on
which the respective information is posted on the website of the Contest. If any Participant continues to
 participate after such amendments have become effective, such amendments shall be deemed accepted by him or
her to the full extent.
5.7. All promotional materials published on the website of the Contest (texts, images, trademarks, and others) are
protected by copyrights and belong to the Organizer or the Advertisers. Any use of such materials without
consent is prohibited.
5.8. The Participants shall be held liable for their actions taken in the course of their participation in the Contest.
Should the Organizer sustain any losses in connection with a breach hereof by the Participant, such Participant
shall reimburse the Organizer for damages inflicted by his or her actions.
5.9. It is strictly prohibited to use the website of the Contest to commit wrongful acts and to interfere with the
software code of the website of the Contest or the Travelpayouts.
5.10. The Participants shall bear all risks related to the failure to observe these Rules. In no event whatsoever shall
expenses incurred by the Participants in connection with their participation be indemnified. All Participants
shall pay their expenses incurred in connection with their participation in the Contest (including without
limitation expenses related to Internet access), except for the expenses that are expressly stated in these Rules as
expenses paid by the Organizer.
5.11. The Organizer shall not be liable for technical failures of the Internet services provider, to whose network the
website of the Contest and the Participant are connected, impeding its proper utilization; for the failure of the
Participants to receive messages sent by the Organizer regardless of reasons of such failure; for failure to fulfill
(untimely fulfillment) of obligations stipulated hereby by the Participants.
5.12. The Organizer shall not be held liable for wrong information specified by the Participant on the website of the
Contest or in his or her personal account of the Travelpayouts, if the Organizer is not able to contact the Winner
using the contact details specified by him or her. In this event the prize will be deemed unclaimed. Similarly, the
prize shall be deemed unclaimed if any other person contacts the Organizer to receive the prize. In this case, the
Organizer shall retain the prize and not award it.
