1. As a student, how do you get motivated?
Students who are motivated will learn effectively. They retain information, they participate and
some of them may even become knowledgeable. To be get motivated I always show the essence of
following time management because it teaches me of planning and exercising conscious control of time
spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. Another
example is my family, I always make a note that all of the hard works of my parents must be included as
a motivations just to pursue my dreams and to be successful someday.

2. Why should employees know what motivates them?


Employees should motivated, because how they do the work if they don’t have any motivations.
How they can perform effectively and efficiently? It simply they need to be motivated so that employees
have the passion in doing his/her work. Another example is an employee must posses love and
discipline, because these characteristic will help him/her socialized and communicate with his
companions. In that way he will be satisfied and full fill in doing his work, and from that he will show
how the true essence of being an employee.
