The duration of payment for the proposed
housing project is based on Community
Mortgage Program (CMP) which is a
housing finance and community
development program led by Social Housing
Finance Corporation (SHFC). The CMP loan
will bear 6% interest per year and will be
payable over a maximum period of 25 years
in equal monthly amortizations.
