    Dear Madam Roces,

    This is to request for your kind consideration on the delay on our project in Sta. Cruz
    Elementary School. Naga City (Site 2) under contract I.D. No. 18FE0102 – Construction of Two (2)
    Storey Six (6) Classroom School Building (under DepEd CY 2018 BEFF Batch 1). Based on Approved
    Contract Time Extension No. 1, our contract time will expire on April 8, 2019. Due to some
    difficulties encountered on site such as insufficient manpower for roofing especially welder, we
    could not completely finish the installation of pre-painted metal sheets. Thus we could not also do
    much for finishing works on Second Floor Level.

    Rest assured that we are going to finish the project on or before April 8, 2019, thereby we
    are committed to provide additional competent manpower on site with regular daily overtime and
    make two (2) shifts if necessary. Sufficient supply of construction materials and thoroughly supervise
    the project in accordance to plans and specifications. (See attached catch up plan)
