to relax and close your eyes. When you close your eyes - the part of your brain
that handles pictures and seeing can turn off and rest.

You also don't need to say anything. Relax. Let the part of your brain that moves
your jaw and tongue to make words it can turn off and go to sleep.

You only need words to understand what I am saying. Just like a baby, who
understands what their parent is saying but can't make the words. Just giggle to
indicate that you understand. Don't try to say anything because you cannot.

This name ends in a 'y' just like silly. Isn't that silly ( giggle ). So maybe if
your name is Karl, your silly name should be Karlie! Or maybe your name is Chris
and your silly name is now Chrissy. It just needs to rhyme with "silly" to help
remember you are silly.

Oh, how silly of me. I am silly. I am asking someone who wants to be silly to try
to think. That is just so silly.

A good happy name needs to sound a little silly. And I know the perfect name!

I have a sister, her name was Christina. But we called her, Chris. I also had 2
boyfriends also called Chris. So it works perfectly for boys and girls.
