Introduction
What I need to know?
 The learners will do the walkthrough of the lesson expectations.
 The content of the lesson will be presented.
 Learning objectives will also be introduced to guide the learners
on the learning targets founded on KSAV principles.

 The learners will do a self-report measures of self- esteem
through the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. Discuss/share with

Developing Comprehensive Reading Skills:


The learners will be given a reading tool that they need to
study (pp. 13-16). After reading, the learner will formulate
two questions based on the reading tool.

1st question should require more than a one-


word response
2ndquestion should be phrased in a manner
that calls for a lot of information to be
provided in the answer.

 To deepen students’ understanding in the reading tool do answer
the given questions on p. 16 in the learner’s material.
