SUBJECT: PROPOSAL FOR REPAIR AND INSTALLATION OF FIRE DETECTION AND ALARM
AND OTHER SYSTEMS

This is to submit our proposal to the above mentioned project;


1. Repair of emergency alarms for 1st and 2nd deck.
2. Installation and connection of 8 sets of Manual call points to Alarms.
3. Supply of 8 sets manual call points , with wires and conduits
4. Repair or replace microphone of Public address (only microphone)
5. Repair of emergency steering
6. Troubleshooting of Echo Sounder
Notes:
1. If beyond repair the items to be replaced by Client or separate offer.
2. Breakers not included and wires to the breaker. To determine distances. Offer limited
to 400 meter distance wires.
3. FACP- fire alarm control panel not included and so will not include wirings to the MCP-
manual call points. Since MCP will give signals to the FACP to know the location of
alarm.
4. Echo Sounder and Emergency Steering if not repairable shall be replace by Client.
5. Emergency alarm bells not included as it is existing.
6. Included PPE for manpower on the costing., VAT of 12%

Total Cost --------------------------------------------------------------------------- P 142,643.00 with VAT


Terms: 50% downpayment and 40 % balance on progress billing and 10% retention
Installation : Two to three weeks upon receipt of dowpayment.
