AUTOMATIC SEEDS SOWER MACHINE

ABSTRACT:
It is a simple and versatile agriculturally based machine, which sow
the verities of seeds such as wheat, ground nut, cotton seed, castor, maize, soya
been, sunflower, all types of grain, cereals and pulses seeds etc. This machine
looks totally different from the traditional OX-Plow because it has many
components as we can see; the Hooper with two compartments, seed wheel,
adjustable plough teeth, pipes, belt drive system (or chain drive). This machine is
based on manual effort can be driven by ox, horse, donkey, buffalo and other
device etc. when the front lever is pull, the rear single wheel starts to rotate and
this motion rotates the seed wheel through gear train, belt or chain drive. Here
the rear single wheel is the main part that drives the other gear and shafts. When
wheel starts to rotate the power will be transmitted to the seed wheeler and it
will pick and throw seeds from lower compartment of Hooper (bin) to the cabin of
down tube and finally seeds reach to field through pipes and plough teeth. The
amount of seeds flow to lower compartment of Hooper can be adjusted by the
handle by rack mechanism. As ox go forward, the rear wheel rotates seed wheel
and it will continuously pick and throw the seeds to the field through pipes.
This machine totally novel it’s because you can sow multiple seed at a time
which can be placed at different compartment of Hooper or you can also place
fertilizer and sow it with seeds at same time. And the important thing is seeds will
be covered instantly by soil so that prevents from eaten by birds and animals.
Since this machine is simple, easy for operation and repair, affordable, light
weight and easy to transport and pulling anywhere. So, this machine is just
amazing.
This machine is very easy for manufacturing. We can bring gear, belt and
pulley from the renown companies and the remaining parts can be easily
fabricate in metal workshop.
It not only sows the seeds but also plough the fields. It is better design
which can be implement to rise the productivity in areas where engine powered
machinery is out of reach.so that it will directly helps to reduced human effort
involvement and increase the productivity with high rate of efficiency.
