This memorandum of agreement is between two parties regarding a parcel of land in Salay, Misamis Oriental. The first party are heirs to the land who owned it under Tax Declaration No. 0808001004437. The second party agrees to financially support the titling process, covering estate tax, property tax, fees, and expenses, in exchange for 1.5 hectares of the land or its cash value from the first party. Both parties will work together to obtain the certificate of title for the land.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) entered into by and between of legal age, married to and
resident of Naawan, Misamis, Oriental, , of legal age, married to and a resident of Salay, Misamis,
Oriental, of legal age, married to and a resident of Justo Ramonal Cor. Pres. Aguinaldo Sts., Cagayan de
Oro City, of legal age, married to and a resident of Sta. Fe, Crossing, Libona, Bukidnon, and of legal age,
married to and a resident of Salay, Misamis, Oriental, who are herein referred to as THE PARTY OF THE
FIRST PART,

AND

of legal age, married and resident of Johndorf Subd., Barra, Opol, Misamis, Oriental, of legal age, single
and resident of Salay, Misamis, Oriental and, of legal age, married and resident of Talusan, Balingasag,
Misamis, Oriental, who are herein referred to as THE PARTY OF THE SECOND PART,

AGREED, COVENANTED AND WITNESSETH: 1.That THEPARTY OF THE FIRST PART are the heirs of the late
spouses, who owned a certain parcel of land specifically described as situated at Matampa, Salay,
Misamis, Oriental, containing an area of TWO HUNDRED FORTY THREE THOUSAND, declared for taxation
purposes under Tax Declaration No. 0808001004437 in the Municipal Assessor’s Office of Salay,
Misamis, Oriental, in the name of

2. That parties intend to process the titling of the above-subject land with the financial support of
THE PARTY OF THE SECOND PART who shall shoulder in the payment of estate tax, real property tax,
notarial/attorney’s fees and transportation expenses that may be incurred in the processing of
documents until a certificate of title is issued to THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART;

3. That portion of the subject land, with an area of one (1.5) hectare or its value incash, shall be
given by THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART to THE PARTY OF THE SECOND PART in consideration for the
latter’s financial support.
