Module 4 Answers

This document contains information about a student's fitness module, including tables with results from physical activities. It shows what the student knows about relationships between age and heart rate results. It also includes tables with the student's heart rate, perceived exertion, and pacing during physical activities like jogging in place, dancing, and doing sit-ups. Finally, it includes the student's reflection that regularly monitoring physiological indicators is important for establishing fitness goals, as it allows you to notice small improvements and stay motivated to accomplish your goals.

Processing question;
1. How important is having a constant monitoring of physiological indicators in
establishing one’s fitness goal?

It is good to regularly monitor our physiological indicators such as heart rate,

Perceived Exertion, Pacing and physical sign because this is one of our bases for
progression. The most effective way to monitor our progress on achieving our fitness
goals is to habitually tracking our physiological indications, we can notice small changes
on our heart rate if we do certain physical activity through interval time, we could also
spot changes on our pacing and the way we feel after doing some exercises and these
things are the motivations that pushes us to keep going until we will accomplish our
fitness goals.
