New Normal Course Policies
1. Each student shall establish contact with his/her instructor/professor per course enrolled through
messenger/text and email. He/she must be a member of Messenger Group Chat (GC) account for
every subject enrolled and must look for his/her group being coded by this format: Course Code-
Program & Section-USMKCC-Semester-Year (e.g. ProfEd111-BSE2A-USMKCC-S1-2020).
2. Submission of activities can be done personally (if possible, but shall follow protocols) or through
email, but no submission shall be allowed through messenger.
3. Scores of activities shall be informed through text or email.
4. For courses requiring no face to face meeting/contact, students’ attendance/participation is no longer
considered, but with strict monitoring in the recording/updating of students’ activities. Failure to get
frequent contact or respond on submission of activities may cause a student to be dropped/failed
from the course.
5. Student must submit activities on or before scheduled deadline. Late submission shall be subjected
to rules and measures established by the faculty.
6. Repeat submission for enhancement of score of an activity without advice from instructor/professor
is discouraged.
7. Every submission of activity shall be identified using this code format: Subject Code- Program &
Section-Last Name of Student-First Name of Student-Activity Number (e.g. ProfEd111-BSE2A-Dela
Cruz-John-1).
