• Implemented an innovative model of technology professional development called
iInnovate
• Led the purchasing, design and implementation of an “iPad Pal” sharing model that
provided shared iPad access between pairs of teachers in all core content areas
utilizing only school-based funding
• Designed and implemented a collaborative space conversion to redesign the
structure of the media center to meet the needs of a digital learning environment
• Led the development and implementation of the first night school program in
Rowan-Salisbury Schools to address needs of at-risk population raising the
graduation rate 9.1% in one school year.

• Partnered with a local hospital and YMCA to implement Carson Committed Cougar
Strong Employee Wellness Program that engaged 84 staff members in biometric
