VII. For persons in uniform, the firearms shall be placed in a holster secured/ attached to the
belt. Personnel in uniform without holster or personnel in civilian attire should carry firearm/s in
a concealed manner. Firearm/s on belt and side pocket or back pocket is prohibited, except
close-in security for VIPs or when the nature of the mission so demands.

VIII. The carrying of firearm/s is prohibited in places where people gather for political,
religious, social education, and recreational purposes such as in churches or chapels, carnival
grounds, dance halls, theatre, movie houses, and the likes except when personnel concerned
is only official mission in such places for which he was authorized to carry firearm(s).

IX. When Mission Order is requested for verification by Enforcement Units/ personnel such
as PNP, Military, Police Bridge and other Military/ Police Units, the Travel Order should be
shown without resentment to avoid misunderstanding.

UNDERTAKINGS. I hereby certify that I have read and understood and shall abide the
conditions set forth by this Travel Order and further binds myself liable to any instructions
hereof.
