General
1. Create presentation by using PowerPoint 2013. Save as the presentation with name
“IT1yourname_Classwork” (for example: IT1anigoguadze_Classwork).
Add 15 slides.
2. Apply the theme - Slice, select Median as the color from the variants, add the effect -
Banded Edge. Apply the theme - Ion Boardroom for only first slide (title slide) of
presentation.
First Slide
3. According to the example add text „Selling a Product or Service“; Character spacing -
Expanded by 10 pt, Shadow; Font color – red; size – 58
4. According to the example add text “Caucasus University“; Character spacing - Very
Loose; Add effects: Bold, italic, double strikethrough; font size- 36
5. Insert Action Button. Add the function - Next Slide. Insert a new Actin Button on the
last slide of the presentation with applying function -First Slide.
II Slide
6. According to the example insert title: „Introduction“, Format it by using Wordart,
color- red;
7. According to the example add multi-level listing.
Apply the following formatting for the first level: Numbering, color- red; second level:
Bullet, color- green, font- wingdings; third level: Numbering; start from - III
8. According to the example, add a link to the text “Master” for quick access to webpage:
www.cu.edu.ge
9. Add the note „Double check the names”
III Slide
10. According to the example insert SmartArt Graphic- Basic Venn; according to the
example add the shapes and text.
11. Apply style Polished to the SmartArt. According to the example change one of the
shape. Apply the solid, gradient, pattern and texture as the filling colors of shapes.
IV slide
12. According to the example add text: „Contact Information“, format it by using Wordart;
13. According to the example insert shapes, add the text and add shape effect – Glow.
According to the example align the shapes; group shapes and rotate by 150.
V Slide
14. Insert picture. Style - Double Frame, Black. Picture height -8 cm
15. Insert the screenshot of any document. Picture height- 12 cm; picture brightness -
25%, contrast 45%.
VI Slide
16. According to the example insert table. Table style - Medium Style 2. According to the
example merge cells, add text and change the text direction. Apply the center
alignment vertically and horizontally for all the text content of the table; font size- 24,
, Italic.
VII Slide
17. According to the example insert Chart. Chart type - Column, Stacked Column, chart
style - Style 4. Add and format the following chart elements: Legend- bottom; Data
Labels- Inside End; Add data table. According to the example, above the chart add the
title.
General
18. According to the example, add the comment – II slide. According to the example reply
to the comment.

19. Add the Exit type animation effect for the objectives from the III and IV slides; add the
Entrance animation effect for the objectives from V slides.
