ROME
If we talk about places that make us imagine what
life was like many centuries ago, the ideal place may
be the impressive Roman Colosseum, one of the
seven wonders of the modern world.
BELEN
It is a tour of the Holy Land where you can see
places such as the Basilica of the Nativity in
Bethlehem, built on the portal where Jesus Christ
was born, or Jerusalem, the holy city for Christianity,
Judaism and Islam.
AUSCHWITZ
Auschwitz, in Poland, about 70 kilometers from the
beautiful city of Krakow. Visiting the Auschwitz
concentration camps makes your hair stand on end
as you imagine the horror suffered there and
elsewhere, by the victims of Nazi extermination.
BERLIN
The fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989 was
a historical event - the most
important of the latter part of the
20th century - with a positive
connotation.

Tiananmen Square, in Beijing, was
the center of the harsh repression
that killed hundreds of protesters.
ACROPOLIS OF ATHENS
It is a historical place that allows us to imagine what life
was like many centuries ago. In it is the Parthenon, the
famous Doric temple built in the 5th century BC in honor
of the goddess Athena.
EGYPTIAN PYRAMIDS
Ancient Egypt was another of the great
civilizations in history. The Great Pyramid of Giza
is the only one of the 7 wonders of the ancient
world that are preserved

YORK)
September 11, 2001 in the United States, with the Twin
Towers in New York as the epicenter of some terrorist
attacks that later cities such as Madrid, London, Paris
and Brussels have suffered. In New York, the One
World Trade Center building and the 9/11 Museum
remember the victims.
THE WHITE HOUSE

We cannot walk quietly through a place like the White
House, the new home of the controversial President
of the United States, Donald Trump. But we can visit
other historical places in Washington D.C, such as the
Lincoln Memorial, on whose steps Martin Luther King
gave his famous speech “I have a dream”.
