Cinnamon Roll

For the Dough: For the Filling:


2 ½ tsp. Active Dry Yeast ¼ cup melted butter
½ C warm water 1/3 C sugar
½ cup milk 1/3 C light brown sugar
¼ cup sugar 2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup butter ¾ cups raisins
1 tsp. salt For the Glaze:
1 large egg 4 tbsp. butter
3 ½ -4 cups APF 2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3-6 tbsp. hot water

1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.


2. I a large bowl mix milk, sugar, melted butter, salt and egg. Add 2 cups of flour and mix until
smooth.
3. Add yeast mixture. Mix in remaining flour dough is easy to handle. Knead dough on lightly
floured surface for 5 to 10 mins.
4. Place in a well- greased bowl, cover and let rise until double in size, usually 1 to 1 ½ hours.
5. When double in size, lightly pandi down dough.
6. Roll out on a floured surface into a 15 by 19-inch rectangle. Spread thin layer of melted
butter all over dough.
7. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over buttered dough. Sprinkle with raisins.
8. Beginning at the side, mold up dough and pinch edge together to seal. Cut into 12 to 15
slices.
9. Coat the bottom of baking pan, place cinnamon roll slices closer together in the pan and let
rise until dough is doubled.
10. Heat oven, Bake for about 30 mins. Until nicely browned,
11. Meanwhile, mix butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
12. Add hot water 1 tbsp. at a time until the glaze reaches desired consistency.
13. Spread over slightly cooled rolls.
Butter Cookies
2 cups APF 1 cup sugar
½ tsp. baking powder 1 egg
¼ tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla
¾ cup butter softened

Procedures:
1. Preheat Oven.
2. Add flour, baking powder, and salt to a bowl. Whisk to combine. Set aside.
3. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy about 3 mins. Add egg until well
combined, then add vanilla and mix just until combined.
4. Scoop cookie dough by the tbsp. onto a large baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between
each cookie. Press down on a cookie dough ball lightly with the palm of your hand on the
bottom of a glass until about ½ inch thick. Bake 10- 13 mins. Until lightly browned.
5. Cool Completely.

Tasty Buns
5 cups flour ½ cup vegetable oil
2- 2.5 ounces packs dry yeast ¼ c. white sugar
1 cup milk 1 tsp. salt
¾ cup water

Procedures:
1. Stir together 2 cups flour and the yeast. In a separate bowl, heat milk, water, oil, sugar, and
salt to lukewarm water. Add all at once to the flour mixture, and beat until smooth, about 3
mins.
2. Mix in enough flour to make a soft dough, 2 to 3 cups. Mix well. Dust a flat surface with flour,
turn dough out onto floured surface at and let rest under a bowl for about 10 mins. Shape
dough in to 12 slightly flat balls, and place on greased baking sheet to rise until doubled in size.
Bake in preheated oven for to 12 to 15 mins.
