ABSTRACT

The study of business performance and service quality of Matric Telecom Networks Private
Limited comprises of different data, their relation and the analysis on the basis of their result. It
helps to know about various aspects, technology, customer and the services, along with their
values as per prescribed by the National Telecom Companies of any country.

Similar study of Matric Telecom Networks Private Limited, Corporate Office, Nepal has been
conducted to know the business performance of overall Matric Telecom Networks Private
Limited for its recent three years, as well as service quality of Matric Telecom Networks Private
Limited. This report includes the details about Nepalese Telecom industry, Matric Telecom
Networks Private Limited, its vision and mission, information about its performance on past
years, its present position in the Nepalese Telecommunication Sector.
