potential of the well and the reservoir after hydraulic fracturing.
 Involved in PBU and PFO for (PTA) pressure transit analysis of well flow behavior.
 Tested and installed hydraulic operated choke manifolds, and adjustable manifolds, which
throttles the flow and reduces pressure to a manageable level.
 Send daily reports from the well site to the office
 Reviewed procedure prior to job under supervision.
 Monitored and maintained Emergency shutdown system.
 Review technical data and P&ID drawings and executed Coordinated Incident Management
System (CIMS) review. Supervised and performed periodical test programs and monitor well
performance in low/high pressure onshore, sweet /sour gas, oil & gas wells.
 Supervised and maintained flow head, choke manifold 10K & 15 K, 3-Phase horizontal
separator, sand trap and sand filters, SSV (surface safety valve), indirect heaters, ESD
(emergency shutdown system). Artificial lifts like electrical submersible pumps, sucker rod
pumps, progressive cavity pumps, beam gas compressors on low gas producing well, transfer
pump, surge tank and gauge tanks etc. Experience in surface well testing (sand management
system) of exploratory wells, production wells, artificial lifting wells (JP assisted/ ESP assisted/
SRP/ PCP flow back operations), MPFM calibration check operations.
 Worked in dual set up for high liquid flow back operations (dual choke manifold, multiple surge
tank & separator rig-up).
 Spotting of equipment’s as per standards and space available in site.
 Rig up of equipment’s and piping as per procedure and in a safe manner.
 Pressure test of lines and equipment’s as per requirement and program.
 Functional test of ESD stations, sensors and cross checking any errors.
 Lighting the flare before opening the well using pilot gas.
 Pressure equalizing upstream before opening the well.
