With every bright morning when we got to travel to office 

work actively, interact and socialize with people. 


Then that happened. 
A viral pandemic broke out, imposing a worldwide lockdown and everything became still and empty.

The lockdown did not deter us from resuming work. (Headset Slide 1 st slide then PI planning slide
next)

We started working from home following which we had our first-ever virtual PI planning.

We had to deliver many key features, some of which are:

POSDTA Transformation 
SLT Upgrade 
Single Pick
GSCOP
..

As we had big stories to be delivered, we faced equally big challenges with network, asset, work
tracking and co-ordination in teams.

People travelled to their hometowns and had been working with their personal assets to ensure a
seamless workflow. Support teams have continuously helped us by handling incidents during this
phase.

TCS swiftly brought in a transformative model, SBWS and had stepped in to ship assets from the
office to their very doorstep, to ensure that neither the quality nor the timeliness of client deliveries
was compromised. (SBWS IN ACTION->SLIDE, MILIND Lakkad Slide needed next shipment slide).

The Team had put in extensive efforts to deliver stories and received many appreciations from the
business clients.

about 5 months now, work from home has become the new normal. During this lockdown, we have
acquired great rapport with our families by spending quality time at home.

TCS also has been nurturing employees well-being with the pandemic related healthcare benefits
and countless number of webex sessions from TCS Cares.TCS has introduced #OneTCSChannel where
many celebrities, speakers, achievers have spoken and performed in the lockdown which is a real
stress buster to our routine. Radio Maitree is the latest in the card where we can listen to music that
we ask for.(Slide for TCS Care,#OneTCS,RadioMaitree)

M&S has provided us with the flexibility to work on our timings and take a break when we have to.
The 80 + member team took time to have virtual get-togethers and virtual fun Friday sessions with
the product owners with interactive games, quizzes and much more. (Collage for Fun Friday)
The virtual potluck was a feast to our eyes and tickled our taste buds, where we relished variety of
foods from different parts of the world.

From Starters to dessert we had it all! (POTLUCK Collages).

We as SAP family have utilised this opportunity to hone our skills and even pursue our hobbies.
Some choose to spend time creatively by making arts and crafts. Some have an appetite for making
new recipes and trying them out. Few also appreciate little things in nature and click pictures to
capture them as memories. Some of our team members also have their own garden where they
cultivate and eat fresh from the farm.

What has helped us cope with this unprecedented event is the immense support from both M&S
and TCS. Together we make this happen (COLLAGE FROM FUN FRIDAY ALL FACES – PUT A HAPPY
