Our business proposal is about rice retailing business and water refilling station

So first let’s talk about the rice retailing business


So in the Philippines where rice is eaten everyday, naanad naman tang mga pinoy na pamahaw
hantud panihapon kailangan gyud mukaon ug luto arun kusgan then rice it’s rich in nutrient,
vitamin b and iron and we can’t eat without rice in the table
Rice is one of the most basic and important necessity in a Filipino’s daily life.
Rice is being considered as one of our staplefood and comfort food.
SO what ive said we are used to have it in every breakfast, lunch and dinner
Putting up a rice retailer business which is a wise and good choice why? Because of the good
demand of rice here in our country. It will offer a high quality but affordable varieties of rice
starting a rice retailing business or bigasan makes a lot of sense.
Why? Because it is a profitable and there is already an assurance or nay possible na
this business will succeed because the buyers are already there and the products is also
familiar na sa mga tawo  And with a low starting capital of about P80,000 to P120,000
however,It depends on you how you manage and or handle the business in order to succeed.
To help you succeed in this business we have a short tip:
1st Find the best location for your business or for your rice retailing business
Location will always be important especially for many businesses. If your business is
conveniently located at the best place to attract customers, you can be certain of growth and an
increase in sales. When you choose a location, think If it's the right environment for
your business.
When looking for the proper site for establishing the rice retailing business , we need to think of
your customer first, kung unsa ni sila or who are they ? what is your target market? The location
you choose should have the right target market, has heavy foot and vehicle traffic
In this case, a great example would be palengkes (wet markets) and groceries where people
always buy rice or conditioned to buy a rice.
2nd Choose the right target market
Choosing a target market is important because it enables the firm to direct its resources to
those customers with high potential for sales growth, interest in the product and it creates a
solid marketing strategy. When customers identify with your brand and feel like you are an
advocate for their specific perspectives and needs, they will likely be more loyal to your
brand and continue to do business with you over a longer period of time and also provide
good customer service, A good business is nothing without its customers. Remember, your
business cannot thrive if you are not making sales and you can’t make good sales if you don’t
market your business. You need to do aggressive marketing and look for irresistible offers that
will make people buy from you and become your loyal customers.
Make deals with the food industry such as restaurants, and carenderia, by providing discounts
but it depends on you or sainyung gisabot about sa discounts.

And also ,If you want your rice retailing business to be taken seriously, then you need to register
the business. Every rice business or corn business in the Philippines needs approval from the
NFA,
Incase if you are sole proprietorship in the business, you will need to register with the DTI or
Department of trade and industry and if you have a business partner or partnership or want to
establish a corporation you will need to register with the SEC or Securities and exchange
commission.
Retail is the process of selling consumer goods or services to customers through multiple
channels of distribution to earn a profit.
This business is relevant because In what ive said it is a profitable and considered as one of our
staple food and becoming a retailer can get you a good profits and affordable business to start
as well

The major things you need to have in place to make success from this type of business is a
good location, and good customer service.
