Job Title: Head of Human Resource.

Level: General Level

Department: HR Department

Job Summary: We are currently seeking an ambitious and skilled candidate Head of Human
Resource Department with a track record of exceptional, transformation management practices.
In this role, you will increase productivity, inspire and motivate junior employees, cost
management and fostering efficiency. You will have tremendous opportunities to develop
innovative policies and campaigns that shape the future of our organization. Candidates for this
role will be creative, charismatic, knowledgeable as well as tried-and-true practices.

Office Hour: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Employment Status: Full Time

Responsibilities:

 Develop HR policy and Procedure and HR manual for the group.


 KPI setting and transform the organization through PMP & OTR.
 Develop Training calendar and ensure training for each employee.
 Implementation of Vision 2020 to become Employers Choice.
 Setting HR strategy to transform the organization
 Developing Talent Management system within the organization
 Ensuring employee engagement for continuous development of the organization.
 Responsible for formulation of HR strategy including HR planning, Succession planning
 Human Development planning and Organization development planning in line with
corporate strategy.
 Responsible for establishing culture of modern corporate HRM
 Develop HR policy and procedure for the group.
 Transform the group into a local Corporate.
 Transform the group as Performance based Organization.
 Ensure the Group Security through Security Head.
 Ensure the Branding and Marketing of the group through Brand Manager.
 Ensure smooth IT operation of the group through IT head.
 Support the Board Directors in the Strategic HR decision making.

Educational Qualification:

Educational qualification needed for the applicants are Post graduate in any discipline with
diploma in HRM/MBA major in HRM. Experience also requirement.

Requirements:

 Age 26 to 32 years
 The applicants should have experience Corporate HR at the Cement Industry
 Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
 Good management skill
 Leadership skill
 Sound knowledge on MS office package

Experience:
1 to 2 years

Job Location:
Head Office, Dhaka

Salary Range:
Negotiable
