Click on the "Create Plan Template" tab below to view the template you will follow to create Inbound Plans. If you want to crea
quantities, click on the "Case Quantity Template" tab. The column headers in bold are the required fields. Columns with a gre
only required in the header section of the file. To have your request uploaded properly, please provide all required fields. If you
data for a particular field, leave that field blank (do not fill it with N/A or something similar). Bold/color formatting is not exported
interfere with processing.

Look at the "Example" tabs for examples of valid templates to upload. This spreadsheet provides two examples - one for norm
