    Accused respectfully moves for an order directing the prosecution to


    file a bill of particulars of the following matters embraced within the
    [complaint/information]

    The ground of this motion is that the accuse cannot adequately and
    properly prepare for trial without such particulars as to said matters.

    WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that an order be issued


    ordering the prosecution to furnish the accused herein the above paticulars to
    enable him to properly prepare for trial. Other relief just and equitable is
    likewise prayed for.
