    Reaction Paper

    National Service Training Program Orientation

    The orientation held on October 3rd, 2020 was honestly more than I
    expected. Since I've never been to a virtual Orientation, I've expected that it's going
    to be really informative, but now that I've finished the Orientation, I'm impressed
    with how well they've prepared to welcome us, freshmen. We were first introduced
    to the mission, vision, and core values of the University, which gave me such a
    great feeling to realize that I had made the right decision in enrolling in this
    University. The speaker also introduces us to three components of the NSTP: The
    Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC), the Civic Welfare Training Service
    (CWTS) and the Literacy Training Service (LTS). I learned that we must take the
    training in order to know how NSTP can help students like me, contribute in the
    community and in the government. The speaker did an excellent work explaining
    the program and the requirements needed to successfully finish the training.
