    Subject: “Letter of Employment as ‘‘Director”Europe Bangla Properties Pvt. Limited

    We are very pleased to inform you know that, Management has decided to appoint yours
    ‘‘Director” “Europe Bangla Properties Pvt. Limited in our company under the
    following terms and conditions:

    1. Your appointment is being confirmed from 1st February 2018. You will be on 6(Six) months
    probation period.
    2. You will be paid Tk. 75,000/- (Seventy Five Thousand Taka) as your monthly salary for
    first 03 (Three) months and you are also enabled to draw additional Bonus after Successful
    Sales Cycle. Transport allowance & mobile bill will be provided according to company rules.
    3. If you failure twice to maintain monthly target as per as discussion by company policy may
    management take strict decision.
    4. After evaluating your performance of first 02(Two) months from the date of joining you will
    be eligible to become a regular employee of this company, which will be determined by the
    management later .If Company finds your performance satisfactory you will obtain annual
    increment.
    5. You will be responsible for depositing all income Tax due on your salary to the Government
    in accordance with the provisions of Income Tax Ordinance 1984.
    6. Your job transfer is transferable to any sister concern of Europe Bangla Group.
    7. You may choose to resign from your job as this company employee by terminating this
    contact by giving one month prior notice or by surrendering one month salary. But if you
    leave your job without informing your authority than you have to return half salary till joining
    date. Otherwise authority will take legal action against you.
    8. Except on public holidays as declared by the Government of Bangladesh or temporary posted
    by organization, you shall attend office punctually and regularly, Devote yourself to your
    duties the whole your time and attention.

    9. This appointment will become invalid/void if, you are engaged in any activities or it is found
    that you are responsible for any activities subversive to the company or country and its
    discipline.

    10. You are expected to maintain our HR rules &official Discipline strictly.

    If you are in agreement with the specific terms of this appointment, please indicate your acceptance
    below, and return the signed office copy to me.
