Notice is hereby given to the public in general, in particular to the below mentioned Borrower(s) and Guarantor(s) and to the legal heirs of Borrowers & Guarantors
that the below described immovable properties mortgaged/ charged to the Secured Creditor, the constructive/physical possession of which has been taken by the
Authorised Officer of Secured Creditor and will be sold on "As is where is", "As is what is" and "whatever there is" basis on 14-10-2020 for recovery of bank dues
of secured creditor, as specified in each account which are due and recoverable from under mentioned Borrowers/Guarantors. The Reserve price/Earnest Money
