10. Menu explanation
Waiter/ess : Excuse me madam/sir. So for today we have special menu table
D’hote. For the appetizer we have avocado with seafood
cocktail made from dice tuna fish, shrimp, alice boiled egg, slice
avocado, lettuce garnish with lime and served with
cocktail sauce. For the soup we have potage dubary made from
potato, cauli flower, onion, chicken stock and cream. For the
maincourse we have chicken corden bleu mashed potatoes with sauted mix
vegetable made from fried of breaded chicken breast with
smoke beef and mozzarella cheese, mash potato, sauté mix
vegetables is carrot, green beans, turnip and cauli flower and served with
tomato sauce. For the dessert we have mango pudding with
vanilla sauce made from fresh mango, juice mango,
pudding, milk and vanilla sauce made from egg yolk, sugar, milk,
and maizena.
