Pursuant to Article 22, paragraph (1), item m) of the Law on Indirect Taxation Authority (“Official
Gazette of B&H” no. 89/05) and upon the request of “WEST LUX” DOO BANJA LUKA, the Regional
Centre - Business Services Sector issues the following:

CERTIFICATE

confirming that “WEST LUX” DOO BANJA LUKA, address: bb Sime Miljuša Street, UIN:
4403230820009, VAT number: 403230820009 on 2 September 2019 has not had due and unsettled
liabilities with regard to indirect taxes, and other incomes and taxes defined by the provisions of
Article 1, paragraph (2) of Law on Indirect Taxation System (“Official Gazette of B&H” no. 44/03 and
52/04) and Article 1, paragraph (3) of the Act on Payment to the Single Account and Distribution of
Income (“Official Gazette of B&H” no. 55/04).

This Certificate is issued at the request of addressee for the purpose of regulation of liabilities in the
foreign countries, and cannot be used for any other purpose whatsoever.

The stamp tax as per Tariff no. 96 amounting to KM 20.00, as well as tax in the amount of KM 10 per
Tariff no: 83 of the Law on Administrative Taxes (“Official Gazette of BiH”, No.: 16/02,19/02, 43/04,
8/06, 76/06, 76/07, 3/08, 42/08, 98/12,19/14 and 15/17) has been charged.
