DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND ELECTRONICS" in Part I, omit item 4 and entries relating thereto; (ii) under the sub-heading “L. DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL AND ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS" in Part I, after item 4, insert the following item and entries thereto: “5.
