     Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for

    loading products
     Responsible for ensuring inventory production quality and efficiency levels

     Prepare documents, such as work orders or shipping orders, to route materials &
    inform shipping department of loading location and time of arrival of transportation

    demand planning processes and systems
     Designing and generating weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports
     Relating and measuring the impact of forecast accuracy
     Internal/ external benchmarking activities to achieve continuous performance
    improvement (HSEC, QA, Cost, Schedule etc.)
     Ensure implementation of standard guidelines for accurate material master data and
    reporting ensuring master data accuracy and quality; Analyze data and contribute to
    decision making on optimum inventory level while balancing working capital
     Proactively facilitating, re-engineering, best practices & consensus between functional
    experts (Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing,
    Operations, Finance, and IT)
     Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings with relevant Managers, reviewing
    recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals (emphasis on brand transitions, new
    product introduction, and promotions)

    To set up a centralised Eco Hub for Germ Shield and to organize inventory for maximum
    productivity.

    2. Milk run of logistics and to develop a real time inventory tracker for smooth supply chain process.

    3. Identifying the bottlenecks in the process and to overcome the challenges faced during operation
    flow by providing efficient solutions.
