Final Task Performance

Event: Seminar-Workshop on Human Computer Interaction

 Marketing - The Bohol Island State University – Balilihan Campus organized an event
which is the Seminar – Workshop on Human Computer Interaction. That was for all
student taking up courses under Information Technology and Computer Science sense, a
lot of student wants to know about the new technology trend and the fast development
of technology industry. The College of Allied Sciences (CTAS) endorsed the said event by
giving memorandum to the department of the universities, for the support and
participation to the events. There was also an invited an inspirational speaker who
shared his experience regarding to the IT and Com Sci courses.

 Program Content and Execution – The uses of computer technology, focused on the
interfaces between people and computers. Researchers in the field observe the ways in
which human interaction with computers and design technologies that let humans
interact with computers in novel ways. The resource speaker notion the dialog likens
human – computer interaction to human – human interaction, an analogy which is
crucial to theoretical considerations in the field.

 Venue – The Seminar – Workshop was held at Cesars Palace where there is enough
space, a wide space to exact that can cater large number of attendees. The design was
quite simple. Venue was inaccessible to students like us besides of the distance it is
costly sense we need to ride a bus and it is (30) minutes ride away from the city.

 Food & Beverages – It is an whole-day seminar so it would be so tiring to listen with


their lecture while our stomach are empty. They served a packed lunch, bread and juice
for the snacks. To avoid mess, the packed food would be appropriate for the event and
convenient for everybody sense the server bring trashbags and collect Styrofoam were
the food packed.
