RENTAL AGREEMENT
This agreement, a contract, sets forth the terms as a binding agreement between the Lessee
____________________________ and the Lessor PYRAMID CONSOLIDATED BUILDERS
AND GENERAL MERCHANDISE, executed on this day February 28, 2019 .
The following terms are set forth:
1. Whereas, the purpose of this contract permits the lessor, exclusive use of the land owned by
the lessee for the purpose of constructing temporary Engineering field offices and Batch Plant
as a necessity for the Project operation under the Department of Public Works &
Highways Region X- 3rd District Engineering Office, Dicklum, Bukdinon. With a
Contract ID No. 19KC0050 “Widening of Bridge – Baguik-ikan Br.
(BO1437MN)along Maramag-Maradugao Road Pangantucan Bukidnon and
Contract ID No. 19KC0051 “Widening of Bridge – Bongbong Br.
(BO1438MN)along Maramag-Maradugao Road, Pangantucan Bukidnon ”,
2. Whereas, the land to be utilized is located at Pangantucan, Bukidnon and consist of
_________ sq.m.
3. Whereas, the contract period shall commence on March 01, 2019 and end on May 31,
2019.
4. Whereas the land will be leased at the rate of Five Thousand Pesos (Php. 5,000.00) only
per month (excluding water and electric bills) and a total of Fifteen Thousand Pesos
Only , (Php. 15,000.00 ) covering Three (3) months duration. If incase the said Lessor
exceed on the said contract duration, the Lessor immediately pay additional 5,000/ month.
The above terms have been reviewed and are in mutual agreement between both the lessee and the
lessor on this date February 28, 2019.

Oriental”
2. Whereas, the land to be utilized is located at Municipality Opol, Misamis Oriental and consist
of 200 sq.m.
3. Whereas, the contract period shall commence on _____________ and end
on_____________.
4. Whereas the land will be leased at the rate of Three Thousand Pesos (Php. 6,000.00)
only per month (excluding water and electric bills) ,_______________ ,
