1 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This document entails the scenario where new website will be developed with
compromising the functional parts to already developed mobile applications. E-
commerce section is to be introduced as well, which will include a number of store-
related functionalities that will provide a thorough and comprehensive E-Commerce
experience. More features are to be added to admin panel allowing him to have a deep
eye, supervision and knowledge about the processes being carried out.

3.1 OUR UNDERSTANDING
Through the instrumentality of reference website, featured list and information that
discussion brought we assume that you are in need of design to have user friendly
platform and E-commerce section that could attract people. That’ll ease out people by
giving them an easy approach to all available cars, bikes, auto parts and giving people a
better idea about the marketplace prices and proceed directly avoiding hassle free and
insecure procedure. The main liberty they are going to have is that they get all under a
same platform and can have access to it very easily via apps.
3.2 PROPOSED SOLUTION
We’ll propose to develop and deliver using Agile Methodology.

It is a strategy of implementing an innovation. Agile software development refers to a
software development methodology centered round the idea of iterative development,
where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing
as well as cross-functional teams. The ultimate value in this development methodology
is that it enables teams to deliver value faster, with greater quality and predictability,
and greater aptitude to respond to change. We’ll deliver whole project in sprints.

We’ll be delivering design for the whole website, user panel, dealer panel and ads if
necessary. The other activity that will be kicked off in this sprint will be CMS/Admin
panel development which will be carried through out till completion of the project.
We’ll kick off the development only when applications are done with development and
no further work is being made.
