Personal Analysis
I am 23 years old and graduating. After completing my education, I want to join a good
company in my field of marketing. This is a great opportunity for me to develop my skills and
abilities. However, I have to do a personal analysis first to identify my strengths and weaknesses
as well as potential areas for further development. This analysis is conducted with the help of the
SWOT framework, which uncovers my strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

life is to help new leaders made sound and effective decisions while in office. also, to help
people during their mind life crises make carefully planned decisions so that they can take back

Loyalty
One value that is critical in making me a trustworthy leader is honesty. Honesty refers to the
ability to discuss topics with others in a clear and truthful manner. Transparency is closely related to
honesty. When others know they can rely on the things I say and promise, it builds their trust and
respect in me and makes a more effective leader.
Self-respect
Respect refers to feelings of admiration for their qualities, abilities or achievements and to
regard the rights, wishes and feelings of others. Good leaders earn the respect of others rather than
simply expecting to receive respect because of their position or title. One of the best ways to earn
respect is to show them respect. Another way to earn respect from others is to show commitment to
my work and to serving others.
Adaptability
Adaptability means being prepared to accept and respond to change when it occurs.
Adaptability is crucial in the workplace because it is often a frequently changing environment. If I
am a good Leader then need to have the ability to welcome and adopt change and motivate my team
members to do the same.
Personal development
Personal development refers to the act of continued learning, education and personal growth.
Great leaders are dedicated to continued personal development because they know there is always
something new, they can learn or something they can improve upon. By showing my team and
commitment to my own personal development, I can motivate them to take action to work on their
personal development as well.
Integrity
Integrity refers to being genuine and honest and deciding to do the right thing at all times. A
strong sense of integrity is important in leadership because your team members need to know they
can trust and respect what you say and what you do. They also need to know they can count on you
to keep your promises.
Responsibility:
Own my actions, mistakes, and current life situation. Understand what’s in my
control, and fully own it. Don’t like something? Change it. But don’t take responsibility for
things that are not on my plate. Focus on myself. What other adults do is not my concern, nor
my responsibility.

INSPIRE OTHER:

that I handle it well, they will tail me. As a pioneer, should figure positive and this positive
methodology ought to be obvious through my activities. Remain quiet under tension and keep

GOOD COMMUNICATORS:

DECSION-MAKING CAPABILITIES:

ACCOUNTABILITY:

In order to strengthen the skills relaying to my leadership capability, it would take around
1 year. During this time, I would be able to interact with a greater number of people which would
help me to enhance my communication approach. Similarly, the current BBA course would
allow me to work in teams and thus I would understand the mindset of different team members.
This exposure would allow me to understand the strategies that I can use in the future to interact
with different team members.
Realistic actions:
While working on academic projects and assignments, I would be able to interact with
people from a different setting. This exposure is a necessity for me as it would help me to work
on my team-building skills, communication skills, and leadership skills. These realistic actions
would help me to work on my current skills and capabilities as a leader
1. Confidence: -
Studies have revealed that an individual’s IQ is not the most important component
of success. Instead, the following three factors are considered to be much more important
than intelligence in determining success: self-confidence, goal setting, and perseverance.
An individual’s self-esteem, or your self-confidence, is basically what he or she thinks
about himself or herself. One of the reasons for boosting your self-confidence is that
there is a strong association between confidence and success. Hence, one of your self-
development goals should definitely be to boost your self-confidence.
2. Make fear my friend: -
To eliminate fear, you have to first be exposed to fear to allow yourself to feel
afraid and expose yourself to it. Once you are comfortable with the ambiguity &
uncertainly of the situation, you can start working your way through it in a calm rational
manner.
4. Increase willpower: -
Harboring a strong will power enhances your finances, your health, your
relationships, your professional success, and all other areas of your life. Irrespective of
the goals that you have set for yourself, you need the willpower to attain them.
Leadership style
As per my report, it shows that my authority style is Participative, which implies that I
am equipped for working with bunch individuals who comprehend the destinations and their job
in the assignment. My greatest quality is difficult to work, sharing awareness of other's
expectations, timeliness, time the board, and the capacity to comply with time constraints. I am a
dependable individual with a capacity to function as a cooperative person or as a person which
encourages me to get by under various types of situations.
My Weakness is that I get injured rapidly in the event that somebody dismisses my true
endeavors, or blames me for being blameworthy of an error that I never did, this does bring
about mental pressure which eventually impacts my presentation. Furthermore, here and there I
get enthusiastic. This is the thing that I believe is my greatest quality and shortcomings. What's
more, I have to improve these qualities and shortcomings.
LEADERSHIP THEORIES
Leadership theories can be described as different approaches to leadership and how
leaders are created and how special type of leaders lead. There are many different theories. Well,
there are many theories, but I will only describe what I will adopt in the next 4 to 5 years. Here I
am going to describe two most important theories Participative and contingency theory.
Participative theory:
Participative leadership, also known as democratic leadership, is the type of leadership
style where the team members participate in the decision-making process. Participative
leadership theories suggest that the ideal leadership style is one that takes the input of others into
account. These leaders encourage participation and contributions from group members and help
group members feel more applicable and dedicated to the decision-making process. This theory
helps me to work with team members and feel me to be more involved in the management
process, like when I am doing my activities at my work place I always participative with my
team members as well as with my management.
Contingency theory:
Contingency theory is a class of behavioral theory that claims that there is no one best
way of leading and design organizational structure. And that a leadership style that is effective in
some situations may not be successful in others.
An effect of this is that leaders who are very effective at one place and time may become
unsuccessful either when transplanted to another situation or when the factors around them
change.
This type of theory is very important for change management because it is related to
transformational leadership style. I think if any kind of emergency happen leaders should change
their style according to the situation and try to handle the situation as early as possible so that
people feel that he is the best leader and he know how to handle the situation. So, I also want to
apply contingency theory when something wrong happens at my workplace. For better solution
of a problem.
CONCLUSION
I am an effective leader must have character, competence, compassion, and courage.
These characteristics are the components of one personality that gives them the capability to
successfully lead a group of people in the right direction. Character allows to me make the right
choices I am not a god leader but work on team members. The best leader style is democratic
style they work on them good leader sees good vision to the company.
