about the vitality of change being planned in context of organization benefits for COVID-19. Training
to the staff members can make them more adept at accepting the transformational stage for COVID 19.

1. Unfreezing
2. Changing
3. Freezing
First step:
Banks can motivate workforce and people in the “unfreezing” stage by informing them about the
vitality of change being planned in context of organization benefits for COVID-19 and change like
everything will be online basis. Training to the staff members can make them more adept at accepting
the transformational stage for COVID 19. And training session for general people who are clients in
YouTube or other social media.
Second step:
In the “changing phase” the company can initiate practical steps with regard to the strategic plan for
change which WHO suggest everyone like staying home, stay clean, healthy and communicate with
social media and adopt online transactions. It can be achieved by developing safe and hygiene
relationships and offering support for family whom don’t have jobs and facing problems.
Third step:
Refreezing” phase allows Banks to make recently safe and hygiene change as a part of their strategy by
motivating everyone for online transactions. So that workforce does not get back to the previously used

Third sector: Educational Institutions
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, Students are facing difficult situation with their studying. If our education
system was online basis, then we are not going to face this problem now. So educational institution need
to improve and adapt online basis education. Staying at home is the best way to face these diseases like
COVID-19. For the sake of students whom are future of every country, every country need to adapt
online education for now and future. Educational substitution can use Kurt Lewin Model of Change.
There are three steps in Kurt Lewin Model of Change. They are:
1. Unfreezing
2. Changing
3. Freezing
First step:
Educational Institutions can motivate workforce and Students in the “unfreezing” stage by informing
them about the vitality of change being planned in context of organization benefits for COVID-19 and
change like every studying and exam sessions will be online basis. Training to the staff members can
make them more adept at accepting the transformational stage for COVID 19. And training session and
educational seminar for students who need more motivation and adoption of newly improve education

plan for change which help staffs and students to easily adopt changes in institutions. It can be achieved
by developing safe and hygiene relationships with online educations system and offering support for
student’s family whom have financial or others problems.
Third step:
Refreezing” phase allows Educational Institutions to make recently safe and hygiene change as a part of
their strategy by motivating everyone for online communication and education systems. So that
workforce and students does not get back to the previously used operational methods of the
organization, which can cause increase the number of COVID-19 cases.

2. Payments process and Banks branch
It is essential to complete payments. NDUB need to find which bank have more access in our country
and which bank have more online safe facilities. Because in this diseases, no one wants go outside
except there is a crucial work left. NDUB need to improve their payments process with banking online
transaction. Right now NDUB is link with Mercantile bank Ltd. Which does not have many braches in
our country. So students facing problems, NDUB need to think about it and I think it is the crucial point
of this assessment.
3. NDUB website
Since studying in NDUB, no one finds any major changes in our university website. Everyone is
disappointed in this website. In 2007/2008 my elder brother studied his BBA from ULAB university,
Then I see their own personal account with personal password for log in. Then they will have all
updates about any events, payments, class performances, previous results, holidays many more. But we
are now 2020, but our university website is not near what I seen near 13 years ago. NDUB need to
improved long time ago. If we have theses facility right now, many tensions will be cleared now.
