PATA’s Mission
The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) is a membership
association acting as a catalyst for the responsible
development of the Asia Pacific travel and tourism industry.
Mission
To market and promote the Philippines, in partnership with
our stakeholders, as a preferred destination for safe and fun
travel.
Vision
By 2025, the Philippines shall be the preferred destination for
safe, uniquely-diverse and fun travel.
Objectives:
The Marketing and Promotions Unit is responsible for
undertaking the key mandate of TPB which is to market and
promote the Philippines domestically and internationally as a
major global destination, highlighting the uniqueness and
assisting the development of its tourism products and
services, with the end view of increasing tourism arrivals and
tourism investments.
TIBFI Tourism Tourism Industry Board Foundation Inc. is used to name as
Industry the Hotel and Restaurant Industry Board (HRIB) that is
Board established in the year 1980 of June. It is a non-stock, non-
Foundation profit technical foundation and a tripartate body composed of
Inc. representatives from the government, private and labor
sectors which aims to provide manpower development within
the hotel and restaurant industry.

Developing excellent tourism industry service providers is
our mandate.
Mission
To unify government, industry, and the academe in
facilitating tourism education and training.
Objectives:
To ensure an adequate supply of trained workers
within the tourism industry at the right time and at the
right quantity
To facilitate the skills training/job placement cycle;
and
To match the skills of the labor force with the
manpower requirement of the tourism industry
PTAA Philippine An organization that is collaborated with national associations

standards of services and facilities for travellers and
tourists.
To work for the general welfare of the members by
acting as the true representatives of the travel and tour
agency sector of the industry.
To cultivate friendly relations between the Philippines
and other countries and among their peoples.
Mission:
The Philippines leading inbound and domestic tourism
association with global networks, actively contributing to
national economic growth.
Vision:
We forge national and global affiliations and alliances
with tourism-related associations and organizations
that enhance and promote domestic and inbound
Philippine tourism.
Providing our members with dynamic and proactive
education and training, product development,
programs & fellowship, ways and means and
networking in tourism, we work closely and
cooperatively with our industry partners for the
common good of Philippine Tourism.
We practice highest ethical standards and Corporate
Social Responsibility and are advocates of responsible
tourism.
Objectives:

To strive for international recognition and affiliations;
Upgrade industry knowledge through education
/workshop;
Conduct national information campaign on relevant

NAITAS National The National Association of Independent Travel Agencies-
Association of Philippines, Inc. or NAITAS is the biggest and the largest
Independent travel association in the Philippines with more than 1,000
Travel members and 17 chapters scattered nationwide. It is a very
Agencies business oriented organization which started the “Travel
Market Exchange” from all general membership meetings
that provided real buying and selling opportunity between the
agents and the suppliers. Also, it is very active in national
issues that affect the tourism industry especially the issue on
open sky policy. It provides intelligent seminars and
educational programs to all its members. It created the very
first travel cooperative in the whole world, the Travel
Cooperative of the Philippines. It is also the organizer of the
only tourism trade fair in the Philippines which is the
“Philippine International Tourism Fair” and the very
successful tourism consumer fair, the “North Philippines
International Tourism Fair.”
Objectives:
To develop better business opportunities in the
Philippine travel and tourism industry.
