3. Encode first the courses. Records > Manage Course > Add, then Save the record
4. 2nd, encode the visitors category, Records > Manage Visitor Category > Add, Save the record
5. 3rd, encode the visitors/users information. Records > Manage Visitors > Add, Save the record.
6. The Login Screen, this is where the users will enter their ID number to login and logout of
the system. File > LoginScreen.
7. Printing or reports, Records > Report

Select to print record by individual or by date range
