Statement of the Problem

The study aims to compare the number of hours spent on academic and number

of hours spent on leisure by the 2nd Year BS ECE Students of Batangas State University

in the utilization of the University’s library. This study’s purpose is to determine what

other activities aside from studying that the students do while consuming their time

staying in the library. Lastly, the study aims to identify the reasons why students prefer

staying in library other than any part of the campus.

1. For approximately how many hours do the 2 nd Year BS ECE students

consume in doing:

a) Academic related stuff inside the library.

b) Leisure inside the library.

2. What other activities that the students do inside library?
