Few points to note:

 Use relevant personal / professional / SIP / IBP experiences and tell them as stories in your
answer
 Imagine yourself telling the answers in the interviews and rehears them accordingly
 Be precise and to the point

2. Mention three strengths. Illustrate each with an incident in your life.
3. Mention three weaknesses of yours. Illustrate each with an incident in your life. What have
you done so far and how do you plan further to overcome the weaknesses?
4. Who is your Role model? Why?
5. Where do you see yourself 3/5 years from now?
6. Where do you see yourself 10/15 years from now?
7. How would your friend describe you? (3 adjectives)
8. What are your hobbies? What have you done to pursue your hobbies seriously?
9. How would you describe the essence of success? According to the definition of the success,
how successful have you been so far?
10. What differentiates you from others? Why should we hire you over anyone else in this
campus?
11. What is an ideal job for you?
12. Tell us one life changing experience? How did it affect you?
13. What you feel has been your greatest achievement? What were the difficulties/obstacles
you came across and how did you overcome them?
14. What you feel has been your biggest failure? What went wrong and what should you have
done differently?
15. Describe any incident when you have showcased your managerial skill?
16. Mention an incident in your life where you convinced a group of people to do a task. How
did you go about it and what were the problems and learning?
17. Describe an incident when you have handled pressure at workplace/College?
18. Give me an example of a leadership role you have held. OR Have you ever managed a team?
What were the challenges faced?
19. Why should we not hire you?
20. Suggest one student from the list you would want to hire and one you would reject out of
the recruitment process?
21. Describe your summer internship - The brief outline, the methodology adopted, the findings
and conclusions, the recommendations and their impact.

23. What extra learnings you were required to do for successful completion of the Summer
