Q2. What are your strengths (Key Skills or Key Strengths) and weaknesses?
Tips:
## Never brag about the strengths and skills that you cannot justify.
## Always elaborate your strengths and weaknesses with some quick examples.
I totally believe in planning and execution in fact when I was in college I used to lead a
group working on social welfare like free education to poor students, spreading
awareness. Because of my outgoing nature & initiative many people have said that I am
quite approachable I believe these are my strengths.
OR
I am a good team player and I enjoy working under pressure, I belong to lower middle
class family so since schooling I have been supporting my family by doing part time
jobs…providing tuitions and working on vacations…
As far as weaknesses, I feel that I am way to detail oriented and I try to accomplish
everything. I just want everything to be perfect, and then I realize I am losing my time
that makes my project pretty less.

“Being a fresher, I keep my mind open to every necessary thing that is to be learnt for
the enhancement of the growth of the organization and self. I strongly believe it is more
like a mutual benefit and cooperation accord between me and the organization,
wherein I gain the knowledge and the company gains the reputation with time along
with increase in revenue.

Never say – “I plan to be the CEO of the company. My friends say I am the best, and I
should not settle for anything less than the best.” It sounds immature and
unprofessional.
I seek remuneration that is fair to my role in the industry. On the basis of my own
research, I have figured out that job roles like this one are generally paid in the range of
