End-of-Module Assessment
Congratulations for finishing Module 1: Personal Development! At the end of every
module you will take a short assessment to see how much you have learned. It will help
you and your teacher identify the knowledge and skills you know and what still needs
reinforcing. The results will not affect your ability to continue in the program.

Structure of the Assessment: It has a total of 10 questions. Some questions are multiple
choice and some questions are true or false. You should choose only ONE answer for
each question.
