2. My address showing is not my permanent address, My Date of Birth and


category, name is also not correct what should I do?
Ans: Please do not panic, fill the form with all visible information. Please submit an
application, once you are back to campus, with document proof at Computer Centre
to change the same.
3. What should I fill in other offline forms shared through admission
committee?
Ans: Other offline form has nothing to do with online registration form.

4. Can I choose my room partner?


Ans: No

5. Is there any last date?


Ans: 25 August 2020 is the last date for form submission.

6. I cannot see my hostel details?


Ans: At present Local resident of Dhanbad will not get hostel, please contact hostel
administration when you visit campus for details.

7. If I do not fill the form what will happen?


Ans: You will have to fill the form first then only your certificate and other details will
be verified. As you will get admission no only after filling the form. And the instructor
will able to contact you only when the admission number is allotted.

8. I have filled the form do we require to bring the certificates for


verification?
Ans: Yes, Please follow all the instructions as mentioned in the admission page of
our website. The registration form is one out of many other essential documents, it
is not the only document.

9. I have not received migration or Marks sheet or Degree/Intermediate


certificate or category certificate etc, what should I do?
Ans: Do not worry, just prepare an undertaking, sign that, scan the document and
upload it. Continue filling rest of the forms. Please mention a suitable and reasonable
date and time by which you can submit the same. This is not mandatory for online
registration. You have to show all your documents once you will back to campus.

10. Before proceeding to apply, please ensure that you have:

1. Scanned copy of applicant's recent photograph with following


specification.
• Photograph should be in formals.
• Photograph must be a passport size color picture.
• Photograph must be a taken in full face view directly facing the
camera.
• Photograph should have no shadows and red eyes.
• Maximum size 200KB.
• Photo format should be .jpg or .png only.
• File name should be of 10 character maximum.

2- Scanned copy of applicant's signature with following specifications:


• Applicant should sign with black ink on a white paper
and get the signature scanned.
• The signature should cover the full pic.
• The signature must be signed only by the applicant and
not by any other person.
• Maximum size 200 KB.
• Scanned signature format should be .jpg or .png only.
• File name should be of 10 character maximum.

3- Scanned copy of all Certificates of


• Size should be less than 200 KB.
• Format should be pdf.

4- Scanned copy of fee receipt with following specifications.


• Size should be less than 200 KB.
• Format should be pdf.

Note: Before proceeding further please make sure that all the fields are
filled in correctly on the confirmation screen, Then click the submit
button.
