ASSIGNMENT

1. How can you help 1000 users from your college/locality to transact on CashKaro via
your referral code within a month? Also, please mention how will you ensure that these
users are actively using us?

 Firstly we can send the referral code in ours peer groups initially.

After that there are various college group and committees where we can used to
send referral code to transaction through it.

There are hostels of 1000-2000 strength and cafeteria they are in 6 number where
we can put a small A4 posters just make aware of about app and its referral
programme,at the same time we can sent it in their groups.

There should we some point system so that on every purchase you get the point and
after some point you can use it. But it should be not much high it should be like after
3, 4 good amount purchases you can able to use it be vaying according to price of
product that we our purchasing.

Remind on going offer and discounts on various websites.

Remind seasonal events and offers.

Run refer and earn programme.

2. Ways to acquire 10,000 women users for CashKaro organically within a month? Also,
mention the ways to implement your ideas.

 We should first check where involvement of women in purchasing the product /service
Is. We should make visibility over there. Either online or offline we should make the
appearance of such kind app.

We should make more online presence; on various social media platforms where women
visit more like cosmetic appear product, grocery items.

Give the option referral and earn option if you refer someone when he/she will login you
will get some price or coupon. That campaign can be customizing according to women.
After install app sent them reminder of last shopping, current running offer according to
last shopping history, seasonal event and festive offers. Make presence at every touch
points.

3. What do you think about the impact created by special and seasonal shopping days by
Amazon or Flipkart in the ecommerce world?

 Impact:

 Deep discount: That helps to drive more customers.(we share the discounts 80:20
ratio with these ecommerce they can refer us and we can share some discount).
 High revenue: More traffic brings more potential customer so there is increase in
revenue.(approx. 5 to 6 fold transaction increased so we can attract atleast 30-40%).
 More traffic on the e commerce websites gives more chance to convert them.
 Cost of acquiring new customers is minimum.
 In short span of interval more transaction(
 Promote both needful and impulsive shopping.

We provide the more discount by collaborating with these ecommerce site ,we can
provide extension on web browser if they open they can check real time online offers.

On every transaction there is some bonus point. More refferal, more referral they can
earn. Festive more attractive offer.
