Coverage

The project will cover the whole Block 3 of Barangay Puntod, Cagayan de Oro City.

7. Methodology
The clean-up drive program will be participated by a group of student from Capitol

University College of Nursing, 2nd year students in Purok 3, Barangay Puntod, Cagayan De Oro

City. This program covers a week of planning for the intervention and the flow and strategies in

order to attain the objective of the project.

In implementing this activity of clean-up drive preparation will start on December 14 2019

to February 25 2020 as it will serve as start end of the clean-up drive implementation. On

February 4, 2020 will be the deadline planned amount to be paid with each member and it will be

collected from 8 t0 1pm in the afternoon. March 19, 2020 will be the implementation date from

8am-10am in the morning. Earlier than the said time will be the preparation for the students’

orientation who will be participating in the said activity. On the February 25, 2020 is the

evaluation of the clean-up drive proposed activity. The partners identified as being vital part of

the project from being Barangay officials and the approval of the University or the waver for the

students for their parents. All are needed for effective program that will be able to develop

sanitation and cleanliness that will ensure safety of the community and to protect bath public

health and environment living in Barangay Puntod, Cagayan De Oro City. This will also set as an

example for environment, for the people living there in Barangay Puntod, Cagayan De Oro City.

This program will benefit not just the people of the chosen barangay but will help influence other

barangay to take care of their environment and to discipline their selves to maintain a clean and

green surrounding. This will improve their health in order to avoid any diseases that could harm

them. Clean-up drive will be a way to help them become a citizen that is aware and who has

advocate for better living.
