09:20 – 1022691 – Missing email on data entry for shipper
14:11 – ATD! 1022691 document uploaded title is inverted

15:28 – 1022709 no extra mile finding out the dims of the shipment. Didn’t upload the
customer order request.
17:00 – Not pushing Rahul for delivery POD.
17:30 – Not understanding the difference between follow-up and notes in the system.
Wednesday 4/8
02:00 – Follow-up late at night with cam’s POD
13:13 – Took almost hour and a half to find out if 10 locations were opened until late in London.
(didn’t consider checking online). Never got back to me with the answer.
14:32 – Sending joe and email without subject or context. Just a picture. Obviously, he replied
all confused.
15:30 – Overwhelmed by only 5 orders
15:31 – Replied with the wrong signature
15:32 – “I still haven’t had the hang of it”
16:35 – Doesn’t proofread when adding notes or sending emails. Mistakes occur.
Thursday 4/9
09:10 – Overwhelmed by 1 order 1022246 doesn’t communicate the full message. Grammatical
errors in the notes and doesn’t find other alternatives to find solutions. Giving up on continue
the search in hopes someone would find a solution for her.
09:26 – Didn’t think to look for more emails to find POD.
13:13 – Very slow reaction to find out when shipper closes 1022736
13:20 – 1022736 Updated the system by mistake – didn’t fix it back.
13:44 – all 3 orders in red. Very low understanding on system protocol. No notes. No followups.
Gets overwhelmed on simultaneous things. Has to do 1 thing at a time. Poor multitasking
abilities.
14:42 – Her 3 orders are red all the time
15:00 – se up wrong QDT for 1022763 & 1022764. Didn’t read the email to deliver Monday. No
notes in the system.
15:30 Gavin on site 1022736 customer wasn’t updated.
15:49 – only 4 orders were given to her today and none of them have been delivered…..
17:10 – Gavin, Cam, Rahul, Navi have complained that she calls too much. Ali doesn’t like to
deal with her.

09:33 – Had to remind her to add notes in system – 1022246
10:22 – Had to explain again the difference between notes and followups.
11:21 – Didn’t communicate the order 1022787 was ready for pickup.
12:23 – Had to call her to tell her to update POD in real time.
16:00 – Doesn’t understand the system fax. When to send or not send fax to gavin.
16:55 – Hasn’t sent any emails to DR 1022246. Only phone calls.
Tuesday 4/14
11:06 – Hasn’t filled out the dimensions of 1022813 and 1022812 after I asked.
11:35 – Used the wrong signature. Poor attention to detail.
11:50 – Asks questions about drivers without looking the system first. Doesn’t seem to
understand the dispatch board yet.
11:55 – Still no solution on 1022246.
12:00 – Couldn’t handle 1022781
13:32 – Wrong signature on reply email.
14:50 – Wrong signature again.
16:00 – haven’t updated trillium PODs all day.
Wednesday 4/15
09:00 – 1022821 – Didn’t read the ready time. Does not match and didn’t correct it in the
system. Poor ATD.
09:20 – All 8 orders are red. Meaning not taken care of.
10:57 – Wrong signature
15:33 – Not too keen on the use of a laptop.
Thursday 4/16
9:05 – Can’t multitask. No phone and computer at the same time.
9:44 – Can’t say nanoptix
9:44 – Poor ATD
10:05 – 2 jobs in board. Red. Doesn’t seem to understand the followup.
11:21 – 1022838 email is not transferred correctly. Poor ATD.
13:35 – Slow reaction to an expedite problem
13:43 – took 20 minutes to figure out if a shipper had a forklift. Not keen on finding alternate
solutions.
14:20 – Didn’t update system with driver on real time despite having told her the exact ETA.
15:13 – Attached the wrong paperwork on docs tab 1022850.
Friday 4/17
09:05 – Dispatched the wrong order to driver…..
09:09 – Lost. Is not aware of what’s going on with emails, conversations, or drivers.
09:12 – Can’t do 2 things at once. It’s either call or set up a job. Can’t do both.
09:21 – 1022857 – didn’t attach the documents
09:26 – Still doesn’t understand the difference between QDT and update delivery time and
keeps dispatching drivers with that mistake.
09:37 – Attached the wrong documents with the wrong title. Poor ATD
12:48 – 1022868 order missing email for shipper and docs on the docs tab.
13:35 – Doesn’t understand how expedite service works.
14:55 – 1022843 email bounced back because shipper email was input wrong. Poor ATD.
Monday 20/4
08:54 – 1022876 Pick up time is not correct. Does not match with the request from the
customer. Missing customer order request in the system.
09:20 – 1022879 Missing customer order request.
09:20 – Wrong categorize email name. Poor ATD
11:35 – Set up the wrong pick up time and date. Poor ATD.
12:26 – 1022894 set up wrong pick up ready time. Poor ATD
13:22 – Doesn’t participate on the WhatsApp chat to ease up the communication barrier.
13:50 – 1022898 - Didn’t read nor asked where the shipment was in order to set up the job
time.
14:22 – 1022898 – Didn’t provide the documents for the team to print. Poor ATD.
15:29 – When it comes too fast paced, she is very slow and gets overwhelmed
15:40 – 1022879 Wrong number of pieces. Didn’t corelate with the other AWB to see if
something was wrong. Didn’t advise Purolator either.
15:47 – The texts are very confusing when there’s high pressure.

09:00 – 1022910 – Recovery service. Did not write down the AWB o the pickup instructions.
Doesn’t seem to understand the system properly in the mornings. Poor ATD.
11:09 – When doing more than 1 thing at a time, she gets confused and prioritizes wrong.
**Note: she’s good only for one thing at a time.
12:30 – 1022910 Set up wrong email for shipper. Poor ATD
15:20 – Overwhelmed by fast paced environment. Slow reaction when things change fast.
15:45 -1022935 Set up job with the wrong service.
15:39 – When sending email, she forgot to change the signature. Poor ATD
Wednesday 4/22
10:26 – doesn’t understand the expedite necessity.
12:38 – 1022947 missing customer docs.
14:00 – 1022949 Sent alert without BOL. Poor ATD. Had talked about that with her 30 minutes
before today. Doesn’t follow protocol.
14:17 – 1022949 - Sent email with poor ATD. Didn’t realize the time zone difference and sent
wrong ETA for pickup. Confuses shipper.
15:50 – The customer service “charm” does not work. Some drivers complain about the calls.
When bargaining, not good. Doesn’t get results.
Thursday 4/23
09:51 – Not categorizing emails. Have to remind her.
12:59 – Can’t dispatch and set up jobs at the same time. No multitasking
13:00 – 1022980 – Poor ATD. Doesn’t realize that driver is going to pick up the other orders.
Why would she schedule for next day?
13:00 – Still using web browser. Signature is wrong.
13:47 - 1022907 there are no notes in the system when midland picked up form pacer dock.
13:50 – 1022982 & 1022981 – Dispatched under wrong driver service. Should be car and not
van.

Friday 4/24
09:00 – Doesn’t understand the difference between follow-up and notes in the system.
13:31 – The only job to enter. Replied with the wrong signature. Not good for ATD.
13:45 – Very slow reaction when it comes to real-time expedite decisions.
13:50 – When entering jobs doesn’t screen the email to see if there’s something missing like a
contact name or number.
13:55 – Wrong signature on email.
14:29 – 1023017 Set up job with the wrong service. Did not include the pieces and dimensions.
15:11 – 1023019 Wrong pickup instructions.
15:25 – 1023012 Updated the wrong skid count. Poor ATD.
Monday 4/27
13:36 – 1023039 – Took forever to set up an urgent job. Didn’t add the instructions nor contact
information. Wrote down the wrong contact information. Not too keen on expedite jobs.
13:55 – Asked to read an email to set up in system. Called me back 3 minutes later saying didn’t
understand. Couldn’t think alternative solutions to solve the problem.
14:15 – 1023047 – set up job without a shipper email. Had to remind her to add it.
14:29 – After reading the email, she set up the wrong details. Didn’t understand the job
requirements and didn’t confirm with anyone if it was correct. Poor ATD.
16:05 – Didn’t understand a simple text. Got confused as usual and dispatched the job to a
driver without my consent. The job wasn’t even on her tab. Very poor ATD.
Tuesday 4/28
15:29 – Gave her specific instructions to read an order. Understand the tabs and talk later.
Didn’t read the instructions, went ahead and looked at the order and came up with wrong
conclusions.
Wednesday 4/29
10:29 – 1023062 – Read wrong dimensions. Confused everyone. Set up wrong dimensions in
system. Poor ATD.
11:20 – Doesn’t have a sense of expedite urgency. Doesn’t understand multitasking. Needs to
focus on one thing at a time and has to be constantly reminded to do stuff.
12:05 – Have to repeat over and over and over again all the steps on each order. It’s easier to
take care of it myself because it wastes too much time.
15:13 – Still doesn’t understand the NFO service. Must be reminded every step of the way.
Patience is running out. Doesn’t seem to learn fast enough.
15:20 – 1023139 She didn’t have the initiative to add the total pieces under notes, or pieces
tab. Poor ATD.
15:37 – System not updated in real time for POD. 1023138
Thursday 4/30
09:35 – Still using web browser. Wrong signature.
09:40 – Staying up late the night before affects the next day performance. Not reliable for after-
hours work.
10:00 – Doesn’t seem to read the text messages in depth. Acts without understanding the
instructions.
10:28 – Re-sent the email without proper dimensions and did not specify road service.
11:15 – Still unclear the use between follow up and notes in the system.
11:53 – NOT GOOD with expedite. Didn’t check back with people in office to see if paperwork
had been printed. Last night had the same situation. I explained the urgency of communication.
Didn’t understand. Not good for operations.
12:19 – Poor ATD. Creating a BOL with poor ATD. Wasting time having to read her mistakes
over and over.
13:00 – 1023162 - Email shipper set up incorrectly. Poor ATD. Had to correct it.
13:51 – 1023062 – Incorrect skids were labelled. Kindersley picked up the wrong skids.
15:20 – Starting tomorrow, she will only be setting jobs. We will monitor performance in
accordance to order entry parameters.
16:45 – 1023150 – Sent the LTL carrier the wrong BOL. LTL picked up at the wrong location.
WTF!
Friday 05/1
09:25 – Had to do her job and remind her to call shipper to prove that the LTL carrier didn’t pick
up form there yesterday.
09:50 - orders from allseating haven't been confirmed with order number.
13:35 – Doesn’t follow phone protocol. Doesn’t understand the difference between warm and
direct transfer
16:40 – had to remind her to do the only one thing. Check email and set up job
