Reflection-Module 4

This module reminds the teacher of their strengths and weaknesses and to plan their development for their own benefit and to better serve their students and community. The individual development plan provides a tool for the teacher to partner with other teachers and supervisors to work towards their shared goal of providing quality education during the pandemic. The plan will help the teacher identify their training needs, skills that need improvement, and areas for development to continuously enhance their performance and ensure there is always room for growth through self-acceptance and recognizing weaknesses.

This module reminds me of my strengths and weaknesses and to plan how to develop myself
for my benefit, to the learners and the community I am in. I should look this IDP as a tool
towards partnership with my co-teachers and supervisors in addressing the same goal-
delivering quality education despite of the pandemic. This toll will provide me mechanism to
identify my developmental needs (trainings, skills and competencies) to improve my current
performance as a teacher. I should not stop developing myself and recognize the importance of
self - acceptance in identifying weaknesses so that there could always be a room for
improvement.
