Bases of The Project 1. Aims of The Competition

This document outlines the bases of an architectural design competition. The competition challenges participants to design an innovative house that explores the relationship between the client and site location. Each entry must propose a client and justify how the design connects to that client's identity. Entrants can choose any location worldwide and must explain their site selection. The house must be under 800 sqm but there are no other program requirements. Submissions will be evaluated based on innovation, spatial design, conceptual connection to the client, exploration of new housing paradigms, coherence with the site, and functionality.
